Sorry for poor image quality, the online photo editor I used made it very pixelated

I eat less calories than most people because I'm shorter than most people. That's about where it ends.

What about finding a healthy mac and cheese/lasagna/whatever recipe everyone likes to eat? Or if you make something that is high calorie, you can have a salad with lean protein as you main dish while having a little of the "unhealthy" dish as a side in a small portion that will let you stick to your calorie limit.

I'm a 5'2" heels girl; I wish wearing my 5.5" wedges gave me the extra calories a 5'7.5" girl gets to eat! OP if you want a friend who is on the opposite end of the height spectrum, feel free to add me!

There's nothing like a cheese and chips sandwich. White bread, Lay's potato chips (or Ruffles, but no special flavors) and a slice of yellow American cheese. Haven't had this in ages, but we used to eat them at sleepaway camp all the time.

The only time I notice what other gym-goes are wearing is if it's 1. offensive in some way 2. inside out 3. Some apparel from my hometown/undergrad school. If you're not wearing a neon thong banana hammock, nobody is going to pay any mind. Unless it's inside out and they go to tell you. Or they really like your swimsuit…

I was still wearing medium sized clothing at my heaviest (I'm short), so I sold mine to Plato's Closet and other consignment stores (higher end stuff to higher end stores); Anything that wasn't in sellable condition or out of style got donated or thrown away depending on if it was in decent condition.

Heh my kitty happens to be one of the calmest, most chill cats I've ever met. But he's fixed, so I don't think he's looking to date anyone.

Hey everybody, I'm a graduate student at Ohio State, looking to get in better shape and maybe drop a few lbs (or lower BF% and stay at a similar weight). I enjoy running and playing soccer, as well as working out in OSU's awesome gyms.

I grew up in Atlanta (Decatur then Norcross) and graduated from UGA, though I'm in Columbus, OH now :)

Boneless skinless chicken breast, I spray a little olive oil spray on it and coat both sides with herbs (oregano, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper), and some hot sauce (Tapatio), then bake at 350F for 45 minutes

Personally I wouldn't like taking a class with an overweight instructor for a few reasons. If they are very overweight, it may be difficult to see the proper form with which you are doing something. This would be especially true in a class like yoga where it's more important to see how the instructor is positioned. It also…

Hi Emma, I am 5'2" also and weighed about 145 when I decided to get in shape. This was the summer between my freshman and sophomore year of college. I got down to 120 and have basically maintained +/- 6 lbs for 5 years now. I was on MFP back then, but I stopped a few years ago because I wanted to learn to make healthy…
