Just started this program I'm on day 10. I did it once before last Feb. This time I am heavier then before I started at 178 as of Monday I had lost 5 lbs and 5 inches. I'm now down to 173lbs can't wait to lose the weight again and just in time for summer and the 3 weddings in have been invited too

I found that when I was finished with the fix my stomach could not handle crap I was so sick after and I wouldn't eat all that much crap like 1 cupcake and a hot dog at a birhtday party and I felt like **** after wards

I am doing this system right now and the protein container isn't that small its 2/3 cup and I get 4 of them a day. Its a good 30 min workout and really trains you I have also been counting my calories on MFP and I am getting any were from 1200- 1500 a day depending on what I am putting in the containers. Carrying my 27lb toddler for 10 mins is hard and to think that is what I had to carry all day long no wonder I feel better

I get to eat 3 Green, 2 Purple, 3 Red, 2 yellow, 1 Blue, 1 Orange and 2 Tablespoons in a day. You get to fill the containers up with something from the list provieded. I have been making stir fries for supper. Salads for lunch and Oat meal and fruit for Breakfast. Plus 2 snacks Come from those containers.
