  • Good for you tom! I don't grow my own food but we do try to eat meat that is locally grown and humanely raised. There is a HUGE difference in taste and I think in nutrition also. Way to go! Eggs is all I can do on my little 1/3 acre but.. someday my friend.

  • Completed day 4 level 1. I almost didnt do it and my husband said I would regret it if I didnt do it so I did.. and Im glad. Although it was alittle hard, mainly because I was busy all day and waited until late this evening so I thought I was going to throw up.. but I am glad I didn't skip :)

  • I'm a little late starting but I just did day 1 today and It was harder than I though. The cardio was ok, the strength was sort of ok.. but man ab work..its just hard for me and i need the most work there :( I am glad to be on this thread!

  • The skin should come off easily after its cooked. Another good light flavored fish is Tilapia, even thr frozen ones. I like them because they thaw so quickly, are cheap, and I can eat 4 to get a serving.

  • I think that calculation is a fairly good indicator and I'm glad it puts me right where I thought I should be. Actually I had my goal as 150 but according to that Im aiming a bit low so that is good. I am somewhere between 5'8" and 5'7" and that said I am a med frame which I totally agree with. It said my range is 149-168…
  • I too love Multigrain cheerios! They have a great flavor and I add fruit to it sometimes. plus the serving size is a cup instead of the 3/4 c a lot of cereals are. Its keeps me pretty satisfied.
