insane amount of calories-does this seem right?
I just calculated my TDEE and BMR and all that jazz again after changing it to moderate. I work out about 60 min 4 days a week splitting cardio and strength, resistance, and abs. I was 10 lbs heavier and could barely jog for 1.5 min on the treadmill. Today I ran a full mile on the treadmill in 13.5 min. Straight, no stopping.. I have never been a runner and today I did what I thought was impossible. Thanks MFP.

Plantar fascitis?
Is there any relief from this. It has really been flaring up a lot lately and it hurts so bad. I'm trying to train for a 5K but this morning on my jog, I just couldnt make it though and had to walk. Is there anything to help ease the pain? And does it ever go away?

Reality check
Tonight I had my husband take some before pictures for me... and whoa.. it was a wake up call for sure. I knew I looked heavy in pictures fully clothed but man I had no idea how heavy I really look in a sports bra and bike shorts.
