Does anyone here use this? I got it for Christmas.. but just started using it. When I go to the gym and do 30 min of cardio I feel like I manage that fine but can definately tell when I do the game that I feel sore after squats and lunges. I just want to know if anyone thinks the calories burned is accurate and how helpful they think it is.

Ooooh I'm interested in this too - I've been looking at it since christmas wondering whether it does work, so good to know you can really feel it.

Have you tried wearing a HRM whilst doing it? This would give you an idea on the accuracy of the cals.

I do Your Shape Fitness for my workouts a couple times a week and really feel it the next day. Not sure if the calorie counter is completely accurate yet. I think it helps to count your reps and keep you going with the trainer at a good pace. Also its nice that you get feedback on if you're doing the moves correctly and its FUN! Hope this helps a little :)

I started out with it for my first month and the wife used it for a couple of months before that. There is good variety of exercises, even with weights. Detection of what you are doing is really good. What I didn't like was that it was hard to get a longer session on the planner, most seemed to be 30 minutes or less, adding and removing them a right pain.
