insane amount of calories-does this seem right?

I just calculated my TDEE and BMR and all that jazz again after changing it to moderate. I work out about 60 min 4 days a week splitting cardio and strength, resistance, and abs. Apparently I am supposed to eat 2283 a day... I am having a hard time eating 1800 on non work out days which is just barely above my BMR of 1784. Does this seem right? How on earth can I eat that much? I eat pretty clean.. fish, chicken, vegeies, fruits, whole grain breads, almonds greek yogurt, peanut butter. I just can't see how I can eat this much I feel gorged every day.

Im 34 female,
216 lbs, goal of 155
BF% 33.4
5 ft 6.5 inches tall.

BMR=1784

please please help. I have been running numbers and playing with my calories for a week now and still feel lost. I have not lost any weight in a month, and I have been upping my calories from 13-1400 to 1800 in the last 5 days according to lightly active and it was suggested I change it to moderate and now it says 2283 to eat.

    You need to make a change then wait two weeks and let your body adjust. Switching calories every 5 days and doing something different will do nothing except drive you insane.

    this was the first time I upped my calories because someone said If I am exercising 4 days a week I needed to be moderate and not lightly active.. I didnt change it because of no results.. I really just need to get this formula right :)

    edited to say I lost 25 lbs last year and gained 10 over Christmas. Ive lost 5 of those and seem to be stuck for the last month.

    I don't think you should bump you activity level to moderate unless you are keeping your heart rate up and really sweating while you work out. A girl your age and height should not be consuming as many calories as a 6 foot tall man. With all of the working out, you are just keeping even with your calorie count. I think you are taking in to many to lose weight.

    If you really want to get a handle on it call your Doctor or a Nutrition specialist who can give you specific numbers to shoot at.

    I thought I replied already but looking at your food diary, your macros are way out of whack.

    Given your stats you need to be at P216/C48/F64 (1632 cal) on non-workout days and P216/C220/F33 (2040 cal) on workout days if you are trying to lose.

    You hit those numbers and keep up the good workouts and the pounds will come right off. Of course you have to readjust periodically.
