I too was told that a change in color (no matter how light or dark) is a sign of ketosis. Just that you see a change in the strip is what counts. (but, that's what I was told) not sure how accurate that info is. I'm hoping to see a change in my stick in a few days! Wish me luck.

I don't use those so, I'm not sure. I would imagine there is a considerable amount of sugar in those powders, espcially the flavored ones. I'm down to 2 splenda packets a day. I weigh myself EVERY morning! It's like clockwork with me! Get up, go to the bathroom, weigh in (naked)...Otherwise, I avoid it from that point on until the next morning.
