I'm so happy to have stumbled upon this post. I joined WW last august and have lost only 6lbs. I've think I've gained and lost the same 10lbs over and over again. I was frustrated with WW and the cost so, I opted to go on my own with MFP. I'm 4'11" and it seems every pound is amplified. I'm setting my macros at 40/30/30…

I kicked *kitten* today. All around! 30 minutes of very strengthening hooping! LOVED it and felt so good that when I was done I did my 30 miuntes of low back yoga~ I keep feel the blood pumping thru my body! This feels great.

I'm doing a high fat, low carb program. I eat 1/2 - 1 avocado a day!

I've worked for an eye dr for 15 yrs. For the most part, you really shouldn't even feel the lenses. Irritated could mean they are inside out. Do you have astigmatism? They might not be turning the right way. Several factors here but, bottom line you should feel completely comfortable in them. I'm not sure about the grumpy…

I use it in my coffee instead of creamer. Add a tblsp to your coffee, blend it and you've got a delicious, frothy coffee! It's amazing!

I am a coffee addict. There is major debate on this. I say NO. Water is water. I alternate 2 cups of water to every coffee I drink. My day consists of drinking a gallon of water a day. My coffee is additional.

paleo - easy and you'd lose more by then. I just lost 10.5lbs in 2 weeks. I only have 15lbs. more to go.

I like cooking up some chicken breasts, cutting them up and snacking on those throughout the week. It helps when I'm hungry and need something quick. I always feel like Iv've curbed that hunger when I eat it. Good luck.

I like adding some pumpkin spice at this time of year. A little agave nectar, truvia, etc. so sweeten. It does taste like sour cream. (which is great to add on taco dishes etc) you can also add some SF jam or jelly and mix well. My favorite addition is about 2ozs. frozen blueberries.
