How was your experience? How many pounds did you loose?

According to the diet you could loose 2 pound the first day and 9'pounds the first week

You just eat wet newspaper and McDonalds wrappers from your neighbors trash bins!

I've lost 4 pounds in the last two days!!

Wet newspapers and McDonald's wrappers are not edible. You might want to find some common sense and not just listen to anything you hear. I'm pretty sure this is just a joke someone was trying to get you to believe.

Make sure to grab the micky d's wrappers that are transparent from grease. Not only does the grease add flavor but it will help everything slide through, expediting your weight loss.

Sometimes I just have to laugh at some people's lack of humor.

I would avoid eating the newspaper. I'm sure ink isn't part "clean" eating. Maybe you'll get lucky with the McDonald's wrappers and have a bit of cheese goo on them, though.

But the paper is where you get all of the fiber!

    Wow! That's really great advice!

This way it works as a cleanse as well!

Fiber is great, but you can't JUST eat fiber. Where would you get your protein from?

You can probably get fats just from smelling the McDonald's wrapper, though, I have to admit.

I thought this site was supposed to be supportive!

The Homeless Diet is backed by many celebrities who have absolutely nothing to gain by me eating newspaper and McDonalds wrappers.

You can get protein AND supplement your income in any back alley in any city.

Not everyone is lucky enough to be born with common sense, takes some longer to achieve it.

All this time I've been wasting real food and money on homeless people. I'll just toss them some newspapers and wrappers next time. Thanks for the tip!

Most fast food joints have a grease pit outside that they empty the old fry grease into. If you can find this then you can pick out pieces of fries or even just add some grease to the paper to make it taste better. You can also use this grease for fuel to stay warm at night. Find one of these places for sure.

    Haha! Funny... because prostitution, right?

Yeah, prostitution is illegal in most states, though.

Also, carbs are needful for energy and the OP is a man, so he might not want to do the back alley thing.

Also, I would like to add that this diet is not sustainable long-term...

Print media is dying out and soon you won't have any newspaper to eat.
