LCHF ~ Day One
I am starting to follow this lifestyle. What do you all have your macros set at? I know there's "no one size fits all" but, I just need a starting point. I'm set at 65%fat/25%protein/10%carbs. Do you all think this is at least a good starting point? Feel free to friend me as I'd love all the help I can get. Thanks!

I need to get more fiber in my diet. Can anyone recommend a good supplement? I don't always get enough in with my foods.

polypro hoops
What kind of hoops do you all use? I've been using 160psi tubing but, want to try a polypro hoop. Any input on the differences, etc. I've been practicing alot and starting to get some moves down really well. I'd love to hear what everyone likes to use. Thanks!
