I am definitely not estimating, if anything I am putting down more calories to be safe. This time I am also not eating back all exercise calories. When I complete entry at end of day it definitely has me as losing 6 lbs in 5 weeks, I am just very discouraged as I really felt like I lost

Thanks it does help but I have always been one of those people's that is hung up on the scale. I do think you are right about fluid retention I am a very bad water drinker. I usually have between 1200 and 1400 calories a day. I guess I will wait and see what happens :)

Thanks for all the replies I just wanted to try something different started noticing thighs getter bigger from spinning (no thank you) Was spinning like 4-5 times a week . I do also watch my diet so I hope the two together is gonna work.

I get 450 calories a day from my cardio workout which allows me 1670 for the day but ii only use about 1400-1500 those days I stay at the 1220 if I dont go to the gym that day.

OMG you have to try their Gone bananas (chocolate dipped frozen banana slices) They are delecious and only 120 calories for six.
