For what it's worth, i didn't like the red numbers either. In my goals, I changed my sugar to 75g (which i'm almost always under), so that way even with fruit, i don't go over. Speedwork today. Sometimes, I REALLY REALLY REALLY hate Wednesdays. 5.4 mi total. Morning. 5.1 miles. It was already 75 at 9:30 and I should have just hit the treadmill where i have a little more temperature control, lol. Today was "Stretch & Strengthn" day, so I did 30 min weights and Bryan Kest's Power Yoga 1. My kids decided to ride their bikes to school today, so i rode with them and went back and forth 2x. 5.25 miles today on the tm. Had so much stuff to do this morning that by the time I got a chance to run, it was like 90 degrees. It was NOT a happy treadmill run.
