Macadamia nuts? Or maybe try adding some avocado to a meal?

Hi everyone! Sent a bunch of friend requests on this thread. Hope it's ok. I'm more low carb than keto (usually around 30 net carbs... sometimes higher sometimes lower) trying to refocus after a bad health issue late last year resulting in weight gain. Thanks Lisa

Congratulations! I did not start low carb until well after my kids were born so I have no advice but wanted to wish you the best of luck!
-
I know I read and hugged this last year but it popped up again today for me and it's just such a great list/reminder.
-
Please feel free to add me also
-
My limit is 2 also

Welcome back!

Hi Sati I have struggled with binge eating for what seems like most of my life...too long. I have found that by doing low carb my urge to binge is minimal and I'm more in control. Please feel free to add me for support! Lisa

Squee! Look at all the puppies

Use mine every day. I'm good at guesstimating some things, but others not so much...hello cheese

Slow loser here...started in July down 22.5 since. But hey, I'm 48, peri-menopausal, and weight doesn't come off easily anymore. I haven't been perfect but I never let the slide last

Everyone is free to add me also!

My goal is to listen to most of these at work this week,! Thanks so much for sharing

Hmm I got a friend request from someone last week who doesn't follow this woe as far as I could tell. And he seemed to have a lot of pictures out there. Wondering if it's the same person

Joining in again because September challenge really helped me 1. Log all food 2. Start official exercise challenge (ideal shape 12 week challenge) 3. Drink 100 oz/ day 4. Net carbs under 30. I'm a huge veggie/salad lover, most are veggie carbs 5. Average 12K steps/day
-
Finally getting to post... I averaged 12,439/steps a day in Sept so I met my goal of 12,000 steps a day. I also set a weight goal of 5# for September and knew that would be the harder challenge. My weight loss is super slow since i started LCHF. I lost 6# for the month!!!

I missed posting yesterday which may be good because I was up 1, but today I am down . Sw: 177 Cw: 160.5 Gw: 145ish Down .5 from last week
-
I really struggled to get 12k/day but I'm going to stick with it... maybe I'll adjust my goal to an average of 12k steps over the whole month. I am having better luck with my weight goal. Down 2.5 of the 5 I want to lose for the month. 9/8 10,581 9/9 11,702 9/10 11,097 9/11 10,799 9/12 14,115 (so far)

You send an email to the president of Cold-Eze, thanking him for sugar free zinc lozenges

My starbucks isn't getting it until the end of the month. Whatever you do, don't get their coconut milk. Tons of added sugar. Boooo!

Hi everyone! Looks like we're covering a lot of miles. Dang rest of my message disappeared. Trying again 9/3 20,065 9/4 10,767 9/5 15,134 & long story short, I'm finally down 1/2#
-
Thank you! I just made these... they are in the freezer as we speak
-
Checking in-steps for 9/1 &9/2 (goal 12k/day) 9/1: 13,032 9/2: 12,700 No headway yet at the scale. Weighed in yesterday at the same weight as last Friday. I'd been up 1/2# since Wednesday, so I guess that is good.
-
I added you (& everyone on this thread). Have about 20-30# to go but weight loss is soooo slow for me so I'll take all the support I can get
-
My step it up goal to hit 12k steps a day. My unofficial goal is to drop #5 in September, but since weight loss has been so slow I don't want to doom myself.
-
Welcome! I added you too

I've had 2 NSVS this week...one of the bowlers on my team asked Saturday night if I had lost weight. Given that I've only lost 12#, I was thrilled she asked. The other NSVS is clothing related...I was a slacker last week and did not do laundry. Sunday, I grabbed a pair of shorts I have not worn in at least 2 years--Size…

I'd like to join the challenge this month
