I also found these power crunch bars at walmart... I've tried cookies and cream so far and I love them, they are very filling for me. Only 5g of sugar and 14g of protein, 205 calories. As with all types of protein bars though you'll have to try a few until you find what you like as most have an 'acquired' taste.

Bake your own muffins and use the alternative recipes... like apple sauce... or instead of regular sugar use coconut sugar or honey. I make protein muffins and pancakes, etc with these variations and I have less cravings for sweets through out the day. I also like the occasional sugar free jello.

I can't live without chocolate... I've given up a LOT of stuff, but I keep my weight watchers chocolate and I usually have one a little while before bed and it tides me over, lol.

Does anyone watch Adrian Bryant on you-tube? I think I first heard about him somewhere on here a couple years ago... He has some good videos to help with weightloss, etc. I just recently started doing intermittent fasting which he talks about in one of his videos, you don't even really 'fast' you just choose to eat later…
