I used to LOVE putting flavored creamer in my oatmeal--just a tablespoon or so, a bit of milk, a dash of cinnamon, AMAZING. But we all know the fat and sugar content in creamer isn't the healthiest, lol... I want to try it with peanut butter and a bit of my chocolate-pb protein powder. And add some banana slices! :)

Sounds delish !

Awesome! Can't wait to try em

Saving for later!! :)

It might seem weird...but I get legitimately happy when I see overweight people running, jogging, walking, or taking the stairs. ESPECIALLY when they're with their kids. It just warms my heart to see someone actively participating in their journey to health :)

Yay tall girls :) I'm 5.8 but find myself towering over other girls...it's nice to see another tall gal on here :) Add me if you like, I'm looking for supportive friends as well!

Good for you! We all have those days. If it makes you feel any better, on my birthday this past friday I went over by about 1000 calories -____- (needless to say there's been a lot of lettuce in my meals these past couple days!) Tomorrow is a new day.

I'm sensing the OP was trying to eat off the dollar menu. ;) It's so hard to get healthy choices on a budget when eating out. I try not to eat there, but I'm in LOVE with McD's walnut and apple oatmeal (no brown sugar). It's about 300 cals. It's only 2 bucks. For a full meal, you could add a side salad or simply get 2…

thanks for all the interesting celebrity comparisons guys :) @apucci: definitely a mix between Julianne Morre and Isla Fisher!

Hannah Montana? no.....noooo....please no lol

Very true :) your eyes and lips definitely remind me of Kirsten Dunst!
-
@MrsJS: Jenna Fischer! She's so cute :)

I thought I was the only one. Can we be best friends?!

+1! it just motivates me to work harder if someone is killin' it on the machine next to me.
-
Gotcha! just wanted to make sure. don't want to offend anybody. :)

I remember the same feeling. I still get that way sometimes (I prefer not to run on busy main streets!) but buying workout pants that I know conceal my jiggle really helped a lot. lol.

Oh, you'd be surprised what a long run can do to a girl!! Lol...but thank you. I think it's more the sweaty hair that bothers me. But dripping sweat is a good thing!

I didn't say that all people who wear makeup to the gym aren't working out hard. But at my gym (I work out at my college) I see a lot of girls just leisurely pedal on the stationary bike for an hour while texting. they tend to be the ones wearing a full face of makeup. Also, I personally have sensitive skin that breaks out…
-
I wish my gym had a ban on...wearing makeup. I hate being the only bummy-looking bare-face girl there. :/ but at least I know my workout isn't going to cause me a breakout!

Add me, I'm 5' 8" and my goal is also 130! :) but I think I'm going to stop concentrating on my weight goal. I think body fat % is much more important and I want mine to be 20%. I'm at 24% now.

Bump!!

Honey oat bread, turkey breast, provolone cheese, lots of spinach, bell peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions...honey mustard and lots of pepper. I load it up so it's like a salad on bread :)
