I weigh 140 at 5'8". I weighed in at 139 yesterday and I honestly wasn't too thrilled lol. Once you get down to a healthy weight, it becomes less and less about the number on the scale and more about the measurements/how you actually look. I don't feel like I look much different than I did 3 pounds ago.

It's yummy with tuna, tomato, and lettuce/greens :) just layer it and season with a bit of salt and pepper (maybe dill, too?) It's a great substitute for sour cream, as is greek yogurt! Also, it's a great mix-in to a protein shake to make it creamier and add a little extra protein.
