I need ideas of what to make with this. Yummy but healthy

All I get on like is either just fruit with it or something unhealthy.

if you want something sweet, add a hint of instant coffee and a tsp of honey or agave syrup to cottage cheese, it's yummyy

you can also mixed it with chopped celery, dill, red pepper, basil, oregano ....

Grated apple, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, cinnamon and sweetener to taste. Enter the Cinnamon Bun Substitute  And the concotion actually is delicious in its own right.

It's yummy with tuna, tomato, and lettuce/greens :) just layer it and season with a bit of salt and pepper (maybe dill, too?)
It's a great substitute for sour cream, as is greek yogurt!

Also, it's a great mix-in to a protein shake to make it creamier and add a little extra protein.
  • ....on crackers with tomato and lots of pepper
.....for breakfast cook up some mushrooms, top a toasted english muffin or bagel with cottage cheese and then top with heaps of mushies..
....use it instead of bechamel in lasagne and substitute mountain bread for the pasta sheets
