I need ideas of what to make with this. Yummy but healthy
All I get on like is either just fruit with it or something unhealthy.

I like eating it as a filling for baked sweet potato0

I cut up tomatoes and mix in salt and pepper0

if you want something sweet, add a hint of instant coffee and a tsp of honey or agave syrup to cottage cheese, it's yummyy
you can also mixed it with chopped celery, dill, red pepper, basil, oregano ....0 -
Grated apple, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, cinnamon and sweetener to taste. Enter the Cinnamon Bun Substitute  And the concotion actually is delicious in its own right.0

I always had it savory growing up.
Mix it with salads, pasta, plain with salt and pepper?0 -
It's yummy with tuna, tomato, and lettuce/greens
just layer it and season with a bit of salt and pepper (maybe dill, too?)
It's a great substitute for sour cream, as is greek yogurt!
Also, it's a great mix-in to a protein shake to make it creamier and add a little extra protein.0 -
....on crackers with tomato and lots of pepper
.....for breakfast cook up some mushrooms, top a toasted english muffin or bagel with cottage cheese and then top with heaps of mushies..
....use it instead of bechamel in lasagne and substitute mountain bread for the pasta sheets0 -
