You can make great raita as well. Mix chopped cucumber and tomato in yoghurt. season it with cumin and chilli powder. Really delicious, it works really well with rice and curry.

I would suggest eating dark green vegatable such as spinach and kale cabbages as they are very good for you. You should eat spinach indian curry as it makes spinach more tastier to eat
