I've never had good success when my dinners are large. The past couple evenings my dinners have been too heavy. I have good results when my lunch is a decent meal. For my oatmeal in the morning I've cut out the sugar and milk. I make mine with water and add fruit to it like frozen berries. Don't forget some green veggies…

I'm 5'5, just had my son 5 months ago and at 187ish looking to get down to about 150/160.

I have the same issue of eating ridiculously at night and it's definitely linked to the days that I don't drink a lot of water. Make sure you're drinking lots and lots of water - it helps a lot!!!!

Other protein ideas could be cottage cheese with fruit (I personally don't like cottage cheese), pumpkin seeds, peanut butter - delish with an apple or celery, edamame, hummus, or leafy greens.

I would try to switch up your work outs. Your body might be used to the same thing each time. Circuit training is a good switch up or biking. Also, maybe try to eat some more protein? Those are some suggestions that have helped me.

I started ripped in 30 today! I took before photos on the 1st and i was doing her Backside for beginners to work myself up for a longer program.

I just started this today - it's a tough one!! It's similar to the 30 day shred which I like. How long are you logging it in for? It seemed like the stretching at the end was about 5 minutes but I think the actual workout was longer than 24 minutes that the box said. Any idea?

I have a Great Dane, Max. We used to have two. He got me through a miscarriage, D&C and the death of our other Dane all in the same week last year. Without him through the years I don't know where I would honestly be. He drives me nuts sometimes, but I love him to death.

I have some things on my list like new outfits, getting my hair done, massage, or jewelry. Never food.

I know tickerfactory.com has many ticker options and I've seen some tickers on the forums here of "steps taken."

The coca cola and fast foods and quick foods are what's holding you back. Try going simpler. Chicken, veggies, find other lower calorie alternatives to regular things. I removed mayo from my diet and use Weight Watchers or Laughing Cow cheese wedges: 110+ calories VS 30/35 calories. If I want a soda I drink a diet soda…

I don't document calorie burn in the form of cleaning or cooking or anything. I figure that into my regular routine. Congrats on fitting into all the pants you've hung on to! I bet that's a great feeling!!! :):)

It's ok to exercise and TTC (try to conceive.) Losing weight and working out is said to improve your chances of getting pregnant. Talk to your doctor about working out while pregnant. I know you can, but you 'should' take it easy, and your dietary needs change once you get pregnant as well. My husband and I are TTC after a…

I try to keep my 'meals' around 300 cals each and then another 300ish for snacks between them all. My calorie limit is set at 1280. I try to make a good full breakfast and make dinner lighter and better (no pasta and such), but it doesn't always work but I also don't beat myself up about it either.

That's a shame.
