All this! Plus if what I just looked at in your diary is correct, then you definitely need to eat more. You should be eating what mfp tells you, PLUS your exercise calories. Check to make sure your entries are correct first like this poster said though because you could be under logging if it isn't accurate.

Victoria Secret for pants and sports bras and lululemon for tanks.

The nutrients you can choose from is no different. If you like to customize your macros though, it is well worth it. I have it for that reason and it is extremely useful

Me too, I have read everything in this thread and do not see anyone stating any of this.....?

Sticking to any program will make you fit. Try it and if you like it great if you don't then try something else. I've been doing it for almost 2 years and would never do anything else and have gotten great results. Most places will give you a free class or two.

Eating the low numbers that mfp gives you and not weighing stuff only using measuring spoons/cups etc.

our box has a regular fb page and a "competitors" page. The competitors page gets the weeks programming every sunday. i rarely change my rest days and won't ever intend to not go to just because I dont like the wod. I do however like to know because sometimes there is a good reason to change it up. For example i usually…

I have been doing ETP since beginning of January and it's amazing ☺

Maybe it's the batteries? lol man i don't know, that's just crazy. Or maybe I am just lucky with the one I got lol Seriously check out ebay, sometimes things from China take a lot longer to come, I think I waited a couple months for mine, but it's worth paying substantially lower!
-
I live in Canada and purchased mine off of ebay and it came from China. Cost me $4. I have had it over a year and changed the batteries once and I use it multiple times a day. I would say it's whatever brand you are buying.

yup, smaller deficit and I also started doing higher intensity workouts so now I eat a lot of food and still lose. I still have my moments but now that I am properly fed it rarely happens. I also keep trigger foods out of the house.

I would add in heavy lifting and eat more. 1700 for your stats and the exercise you do is definately not enough which is why you aren't losing fat.

You need to look at what is sustainable. Also depends on your activity level. I am 5'3" as well and just over 10lbs more. I eat 2400-2500/day except rest days which is about 500 less and I am consistently losing and getting stronger. Now like i said it depends on activity level. I am extremely active and generally only…

It very much depends on your weight and activity level. I am at 2400 per day and lose about 0.5 lb a week. I will point out what someone else said, make sure you are weighing your food accurately. Measuring cups and just going by a serving size are inaccurate. As well make sure you are checking to make sure the entries you…

Lol ya I eat 260g a day unless it is rest day. Low carb does nothing for you other than make you sad. Carbs for gains!

this^

You shouldn't have to take responsibility for that, that's why there are coaches. If the place you go to doesn't take responsibility in making sure proper scaling, form and safety is happening then you need to find a new box.

Mine is

I am 5'3", 35 and 202lbs. When I was moderately active I was eating about 1800/1900 calories a day and losing very consistently. So yes I would definately say eat more! I agree with changing your goal to 1lb a week and also someone else mentioned weighing and measuring. I highly recommend a food scale. They are cheap and…

Lol me too, im 5'3" too and eat 2500/day. i do exercise for that, but i do have a sedentary job.

ditto, mmm carbs

So crazy. There is a Canadian version of PF. It's called Fit4less. I have a membership there as backup if I can't get to crossfit, or feel like I need a run or something. The "lunk" alarm is actually sensored. So no one decides whether to set it off, it just automatically goes off when there is a bang that is too loud. So…

Just realized I kind of mis-read the thread lol, but based on what I do now I would assume I would be maintaining around 2000 when I am at a lower weight. :)
