did I say that? no, I said i was glad I was normal and my opinion of normal is not reading into what every single person says. It is such a waste of time. Sure there are lots of people out there who do say flat out offensive things, but I think how this was written is not the intent.

I find it can be motivating to watch, until I watched the one last night where the girl was only 23. That pissed me off. To be 650lbs at 23 means her parents allowed her to essentially do and eat what she wanted. That puts the blame on them.

Feel free to check out my diary for ideas, although I am not picky so I tend to eat the same things which you will definately notice lol. I do crossfit 5 times a week and eat accordingly for that. :)

Oh man, major facepalm! I will never understand why people think they have to do cleanses, eat low calorie, eat "clean" etc. You can drink diet coke, you can have sugar, you can do whatever you want, in moderation. I have lost almost 70lbs and I definately do not limit myself. Check out my diary, I eat 2500 calories a day…

The only time I buy low calorie or low fat is if it is something I like the taste of or if it is on sale or something, but generally no. You do not need to to lose weight.

Depends on your activity level and height/weight etc of course, but I eat 2500 and am 5'3"

its the crappy manufacturing. most women don't know it is see through, or they know but dont worry about it. i personally have had a hard time actually finding ones that arent see through. i have a few that are, but thats just the way it goes. Ive done a couple of them in the past. I always got my money back and then a few dollars. I wouldnt do it for the actual betting part of it but the motivation to at least get my money back always worked. :)

2, wednesdays and sundays. Sundays are nothing at all, I don't even leave the house. Wednesdays I am still working which is quite a bit of walking, plus run my errands and a lot of times go to the mall which is one of the largest malls out there so there's a lot of walking lol so I don't necessarily count it as a full rest…

Started at 270 just about 2 years ago. Got to 171 this past June, crap happened and gained just over 30lbs. Currently just got under 200 again. I am only 5'3" so still have quite a bit to lose. Feel free to add me!

awesome, ya its well worth the price. I went for 6 months and the only reason I stopped going is it was just too far. I dealt with the drive for that time but just couldnt do it anymore! They actually just opened up a new location recently near me, but I have been hooked on crossfit so not sure what I am going to do now…
