try to stick to the recommended allowances, and spread the calories out so you eat every 3-4 hours, that way your body wont be trying to store food, it will burn it off instead

i found that battery operated ones do that. i can weigh different amounts when i weigh myself in 5 minutes i weigh in using my wi fit board, it doesn't vary

i looked at all the different cereals, i thought muesli was supposed to be healthy, but when your limited to 1200 calories a bowl of muesli knocks 400+ calories. now i have a bowl of cheerios with semi skimmed milk @ 170 calories

something i found that helped was to have a snack (around 100 calories) 45 minutes before i work out. without a snack i get to about 150 calories burnt and feel tired quickly and wiped out with a snack i can burn 400+ and enjoy it if your body is low on energy and you push it it will complain. if you give it some starting…

those clever scientists have shown that weigh loss gradually is far more likely to stay off, and also the body can pull in all the excess skin as well. yes it would be nice to loose a lot of weight rapidly, but you would be more likely to put it back on and not be as toned. i know its hard, but keep it up

it is better for your body to eat smaller meals more often. eating lots in 1 go will just lead to fat being deposited supposing you eat 1500 callories a day. now if you eat them over 4 meals thats 375 callories per meal, and your body will use them over 3-4 hours, infact if you excercise you can use them in 1 hour. if you…
