I've done both Weight Watchers and counting calories and watching fat and carb intake. I lost 40 lbs on weight watchers several years ago so the program certainly works. My body does that - I "gained" 3 1/2 pounds from one day to the next once but on my official weigh in day, I was 1/2 a pound lighter than my last offical weigh in. I agree with mbcarreno08 - if you weigh yourself at the same time the next day (wearing the same thing) and your weight is the same as the previous day, log it…
