I've put on muscle, slowly but surely, with solely bodyweight. Started with some free weights last week, but I would suppose equipment is key for bulk.

I started with You Are Your Own Gym (stayed with it for two years), but there's lots of programs that suit different priorities and tastes. Now I'm doing PiYO by myself and P90 with a friend. The former is flexibility and strength (challenging though) and P90 is mostly strength with some cardio. Do some checking around,…

I'm still open. Feel free to ask me questions, too!

Ideally, 3 meals but I find I usually need a mid-afternoon snack. I struggle because my fiance gets home at unpredictable times and a 8-hour break between lunch and dinner is nearly impossible.

Jersey is a mix of a lot of things--Italian, Polish, halal, Indian, Irish, you get it... I guess the prototypical Jersey dish is Taylor ham, egg, and cheese on a roll or bagel. (Never cared for it myself, though :open_mouth: )

This one. Under the food tab there's a recipe builder. You can input manually or copy and paste a url.

Jumping squats. So exhausting.

I took it a while back and I am INTJ / INTP depending on the day. Pretty accurate.

I lost 25 pounds in about 6 months on a 1200 calorie diet two years ago. Lean protein plus veggies. Didn't eat back my exercise calories but had an indulgent meal a couple of times a month. Maintaining is harder, and my weight fluctuates. Up a little lately and now on a 1200 calorie diet again to get back to my GW.

5'1", SW: 133, GW: 107, CW: 111 Went as low as 102, but have since put on muscle. Again, dealing with stress has led to a small gain I'm working on now.

I was able to do 1200 while losing (5' 1/2"), but everyone's different. Maintenance for me is 1450.

New Jersey doesn't have weight anymore on their licenses. When they did, I used to lie a bit.

Approaching two years since I began my journey in earnest and sixteen months in maintenance, and I'm doing something vain today. I COULD renew my license by mail, but I want a new picture! Off to the DMV today!

Licorice Coconut (in all its disgusting forms) Otherwise, I am willing to try most things. :)

I'm willing to help mentor again this year. Some stats first: 5' 1/2" Early 30s Start date: March 2, 2015 Starting weight: 133 pounds Lowest weight: 102 Current goal weight: 107 Right now (December 30, 2016): 109 Like some of you, I started "dieting" a bunch of times but it never stuck. It came to a point to buy an entire…

East coast, so no In n' Out burger here. Also passed by a lot of Cracker Barrels on a cross-country trip but never actually ate there (but used the restroom). More interestingly, we found a Long John Silvers in Pennsylvania once and had never been. One big plate of beige, greasy food! Eep. And IHOP > Waffle House.

I did it multiple times, too. Solution: just keep on loggin'. 583 days and counting!

I always hated "pull" day (still do) because for me it's been the hardest. However, a good way to look at it is as a challenge: this week will be better than the one before. Took me about a year but I'm doing multiple pull-ups now.

Again, not a gif, but a great idea for this year.
