Same. I was successful for about 4 years and then the stress of life hit like a freight train. I lost the motivation but now none of my clothes fit. I've tried restarting since last fall. This time, I've set up mini-rewards based on my goals. After ten workouts, I get a treat, after 30, etc. Food is about setting yourself…

I think we all look towards a goal or endpoint, but in the end, it is a continuous process. Just like life. I hit maintenance in Sept. 2015 (holy cow) but am still changing. New fitness goals, new healthy foods, and trying to work on the things that caused me to overeat in the first place. I also realized, like above, that…

I'm a transplant to SW OK.

My all-time favorite. A colleague of mine and his wife were on a fad diet (keto, Atkins, something?) and was bragging about some weight loss. I said I had lost 30 pounds fairly recently, too. How? I said, by counting calories and exercising. "That's not how you're supposed to do it." :D

Made pan-poached eggs and veggie hash for breakfast. Chicken sausage and zucchini pasta with spicy sauce for lunch. Little less than 600 calories so far. :)

Apropos for Halloween. :)

I call mine cheese fry abs. It would require losing a lot of body fat percentage, and I don't have the desire to do such a major cut right now.

Went to the doctor's office yesterday and the nurse went to weigh me. She started the scale with the presumption I was under 100 pounds (really 114-ish). Thank you strength training. :)

Trying to cut out dairy and got Aloha bars today. Lead. :P

Rather than creating a new thread, I'll revive this old one. I noticed at restaurants, at the point where I'm satiated but could still eat, if I get up and go to the bathroom, it signals my brain the meal is finished. Doggie bag and done.

My logging streak started on March 2, 2015! Woo.

I'm 5' 1/2" but have average feet: size 6. I don't routinely shop in the kids' department, but I have nothing against it in principle. I think I have a pair of boy's ski pants.

5'1", 111-113 pounds. I'm 34 but it seems like my maintenance is low--1350 is my best guess. I workout 6 times a week (PiYO and You Are Your Own Gym). I guess everyone's different.

I'll mentor again. Stats: 5' 1/2" Starting weight: 133 Initial Goal Weight: 105 Current goal range: 111-113 I have a sedentary job that's partly at home but workout 5-6 times a week. Finally got serious in March 2015, hit my lowest in September 2015, and have been maintaining my lifestyle change since. To lose weight, I…

I always log even though I don't care if I go over on holidays/parties. As some in this thread expressed, it keeps me honest and from going nuts.

Okay, one more.

@debtay123 It is doable as there is someone who modifies all the workouts in every video. While it low impact they are quite challenging. Good luck and hope you find something you can stick with!

Ah, I think the picture works now.

I make a veggie hash a lot, usually russet potatoes and carrots. But you can add sweet potato, onion, squash, peppers, etc. Oven at 400, dice veggies, teaspoon of light olive oil per 100 grams of veggies, season, bake 26 minutes flipping halfway. Serve on the side of two poached eggs.
