I don't blame you! I would have thrown it out too! I think my problem was that I wasn't moving a lot - but also that I had purchased a really cheap pedometer. I would definitely invest in a new one, if I was going to start keeping track.

I now have the motivation to make a soup with the veggies in the fridge!!!! Thank you for the new idea! I have made "mashed potatoes" out of cauliflower (which was awesome!) But I never thought to use it as a soup base, this is a must try! Please tell me more about this cauliflower pizza crust...
