  • Exactly no guilt ...just eat, and enjoy them, just don't exceed your calories.Although even if you did its no big deal if your have good control.

  • Well its not so much upset.I get that feeling of being hungry, and struggling with this just brought on them feelings even more. Like i said not all food. My appetite is ok otherwise. Describe what you mean by that mate. Thanks for the replies.

  • I like to think there is a difference between hunger, and normal rumbles of your food being digested.
  • If i have 3 eggs in a meal ill have 1 egg yolk in there.I think your throwing away some decent nutrients in that yolk....its no yolk.
  • Im on intermittent fasting so I skip breakfast, and go straight to my main meal. My first meal today is a full pizza washed down with oatmilk and peanut butter. I train fasted, and the idea of eating before working out just makes me feel tired.
