  • And I am doing Jillian Michael's Body Revolution. I just started week 2 today. My HRM says I burn 449 calories an hour doing it. (I have been doing the work out and cardio back to back for an hour work out.)
  • I use a Polar FT4 HRM, it works great, except for floor work- like sit ups. When I use it to ride my stationary bike MFP calculates higher calorie count than what my heart rate monitor calculates. Since starting with a HRM I have dropped weight a lot quicker, I think it's because I am now more accurate with my calculations.
