I agree with you but I have cut back to one a day. The rest of the time I drink bottled poland spring water. Although they say the plastic bottles are no good for you either.

HI I've tried other diets that have not worked but am excited about this site. It makes me more aware of what I eat and need to do to keep going. Wish me luck, aiming to lose 45 pounds.
