Meeeeeh, if you like it drink it. Life is complicated enough, no need to overthink green tea.

Wake up, eat at a deficit, go to sleep. That's it. No magical routine necessary.
-
So butter in your coffee is supposed to make you lose weight ?? BAHAHAHAHAHA.... Sorry. No.
-
I usually take the MFP number and cut it in half. No way I'm burning 500+ calories... Even with power yoga!
-
I don't fast... I sleep. But about 12-14 hours I guess.
-
Exactly what I was thinking.
-
This!
-
I heard amazing things about it and I'm waiting for my doctor approbation to do it while I recover from a running injury. Looks fun and challenging :)
-
Yeah... I agree... Go ASAP.
-
Well if you don't want to run outside in the dark and you can only run at night... You will have a problem. There is no miracle solution to create daylight at night.... So you either get a headlamp and reflective clothing and run outside or run on a treadmill. Sorry, but that's the way it is.

Just break up.
-
Help why? You had some pizza, what's wrong with that? Track it and make smart choices for the rest of the day. The notion of ''bad'' food is why most people fails on a long term basis.

Who wears underwear under workout/cycling pants?!?
-
Just quit.

First time posting, I kind of forgot about this. I was supposed to run a marathon Sunday, but got sick with some bug and it didn't happen. Pretty unhappy about it still... So here are my miles so far: Goal: 150 miles 1/11- rest 2/11- sick, sick, sick 3/11- 5 miles 4/11- 8.46 miles 5/11- 4 miles
-
DNS my marathon because of some bug I catched.... I'll need to wait for 2015 to do some other back-to-back marathons! Oh well, I'm more motivated than ever now.
-
Going for 150 miles again since I'll be recovering from 2 marathons and it's officially my off-season month :)
-
I'm running Hamilton Road2Hope marathon on Sunday. If I manage to finish the thing, I'll be a MM next week :)
-
Take a cup, measure food item, weight said item, note the result. There you go.
-
This is way more complicated that it should be...
-
Read the bottles? Should be written: "Do not take with...."

How does a dress turns out 1 size too small ?!? Maybe you did what 90% of women do, ordered it too small saying you would lose the weight, and it didn't happen ? Looks like you should have thought about it some time ago and not 9 weeks before your wedding.
-
I'm gonna join this thing for the first time. Since I'll be recovering from a race on Nov. 2, and November is going to be my "off-season" month before I start marathon training again, I'm gonna go with a goal of 150 miles. Good luck to all :)
-
Goal of 150 miles reached by 0.82 miles WOOHOO! I won't be logging any more miles since I am in taper mode for my second marathon. Pretty happy with 150 miles considering 2 marathon taper + 1 recovery. :)

Predicting 3:53... 9 minutes slower than my current PR. I think I'll stick with McMillan :)
-
WOW! It's predicting a 3:30 for me... Bahahahaha not happening.
-
Then it would predict a 3:55 marathon. I ran a 3:44. Maybe this prove that I need to work on shorter distances. :s
-
With my 1:45 half, McMillan is predicting a 3:40 marathon. It's the first time I hear about female vs male accuracy. Interesting.
-
Interesting. Based on my 1:45 half pr, raced 4 weeks before my first full, I would have run a 3:54 marathon. My first marathon was a 3:49. That half is still my pr, and I ran a 3:44 10 days ago... So this actually predicts I would be slower than what I am. Maybe I need to race a half? lol (PS: my 5K pr is predicting a 3:56…

I agree.
