  • That's awesome! Riding with the boys and keeping up is not an easy thing to do especially at that pace!
  • Protein, water and Branched Chain Amino Acids work wonders for me. I use a protein shake that has BCAAs in it. I don't take them separately.

  • I use one with a Nano and I love it! I just bought the Nike+ HR monitor to go with it this morning :)
