I'm only on day 17 of MFP, but I ditched the fizzy drinks with no issues. I'd recommend maybe buying a small bottle each day and not allowing yourself to drink anymore. If every day were like today... You'd weigh 16 st 12 lbs in 5 weeks Its gone up today, but I did have some pringles.. Wow Today it said 16st 10lb :) 200 calories under the max, WITH chocolate and an energy drink, and homemade cottage pie (with LOADS of carrots and peas!) I'm feeling pretty good, considering I had lunch out, too :)

Any motivation buddy is a good motivation buddy, right :) I'm still about 300 calories under the max for the day, without everything I earned back from exercise :) Day 7, so I am proud I am sticking to this x

So, my workout buddy and I decided to leave out our jog today because its raining, but I still took my boy to nursery and then came home and did the workout I'd normally do with her anyway. I've already burnt my calorie goal for the day, and I am proud of myself for having the motivation to do that without my workout buddy!
