Try looking through the recipe forum. It may take a little time to look through it, but I bet you find something there. I will see what I can scare up in my cookbooks too.

What about jell-o? Would that fall into the categories that you can eat at night? It is fat free and you can get the kind that is sugar free. Granted it may not fill you up, but i would think it would give you some gratification for that night-time snack along with the nuts that you can have. Just a thought.

Okay, I guess it wasn't a complete 1 pound weight gain...it was only 4 ounces. I am still not thrilled about it though! Grrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I worked my butt off this week and saw a 1 pould weight gain! I tried Diet Mt. Dew and had a can each day with my lunch. I am going to totally cut it out this week! I would bet anything that is what caused my weight gain! I was so pissed off at myself when I weighed in yesterday before we left! Of course I didn't have any…
