I do it one minute at a time. I tell my self just anyother minute. Then another, and then another. Soon I have talked myself into doing more than I thought I could. Just a little farther each day.

Knowing that the problem is there is half the battle. Keep filling your self with the good stuff when you feel the need to emotionally eat. I know the feeling. Keep up the good work

Try a little yogurt on the cereal instead. I count the cooldown too.

I live in Cincy. Just keep up the work outs and eating right. I know it is hard when you are on your feet for so long but you will feel better after awhile. This sight is fantastic for motivation.

Get Dove dark chocolate promises. They are small and help with the cravings. Just make sure that you only eat a serving or less. One or two usually helps me.

A hobby helps. I knit and crochet when things get really crazy. Tried reading but do you know how many times that they mention food in a good book? Way too many.

Congrats!!!!!!!!! I am working to get back into my wedding dress for my 30th anniversary. It's good to see someone reaching their goal. It gives me motivation to know that I can do it too.

We use bagel thins with laughing cow cheese and a little pizza sauce and whatever veggies you like. We also add turkey bacon and pepperoni. Then you can either put in oven till it is crunchy or my kids like them in the microwave to melt the cheese for a few seconds and eat like a taco.

The best thing would probably to strike up a conversation and see what their goals are. May for them right now just moving and getting start is their only goal. I know that I didn't work out at the gym until I had lost 100 pounds. I applaud those with enough confidence and will power to go when they are first starting out.
