Tired of being tired!

Ok i officially started my diet and excersize today.. I am committed to changing my life. I live in hebron, KY and i work as a Certified Surgical Technologist in Cincinnati, OH. I am on my feet for 10 plus hours everyday and my knees and feet are screaming at me to do something to alleviate the pain they feel on a daily basis. So i am listening. Would like some friends to help keep me motivated and i could help you as well.

well working out will take some of the weight off and every pound you carry extra is 5 pounds of pressure on your knees so your knees will be thanking you!0

Horray for listening to our bodies for once!
I'm in NC and working on changing my habits before things get out of hand. I have a little weight to lose, but really I just see how everyone in my family struggles with weight, diabetes and heart problems, and I started seeing myself headed that direction.
This is the heaviest I'll ever be. I'm promising myself that.0 -
I live in Cincy. Just keep up the work outs and eating right. I know it is hard when you are on your feet for so long but you will feel better after awhile. This sight is fantastic for motivation.0

Everyone in my family also suffers from weight and the challenges that come along with being heavy. I am ready to break the cycle for myself and my family and maybe i will inspire them to follow in my foot steps :-)0

I live in Arizona and work as a sterile processing tech, on my feet for 8 hours a day. I was having some of the same problems. I have lost 40 pounds over the last year and am surprised how much better I feel every day. Wouldn't mind helping you on you journey so add me as a friend if you like.0
