Male 178 6 ft I Work out 5-6 days a week for about 1 hour each No medical conditions My weight has stayed the same for about 3 weeks at around 1900 calories...I really don't think I should go any lower

does increasing calories by 250 per day really make a big difference?

Alright man my daily calorie goal went from 1980 to 2230. We'll see how it goes for a couple weeks... So just keep doing the same exercise I'm doing now?

yeah 3 day split with deadlifts and squats.. What will happen if i increase my calories from like 1900 to 2300..I will gain weight? then if i stay at 2300 calories will i start losing weight then or will i have to decrease calories?
