  • Don't mind my answer. Totally misread the question. I eat 400 calories for breakfast, and I also have a 2200 calorie goal. I have oatmeal with flaxseed, dried fruit, brown sugar, and cinnamon along with a cup of coffee with 2 tbsp creamer.

  • YESSSS. There is more peanut butter filling than the regular ones. I may or may not have two king size packages in my car... There are Reese's hearts out right now too, which also have more peanut butter filling. All the holiday ones do (hearts, eggs, pumpkins, trees).
  • Food is the medicine in ED recovery. Lots of food as fuel to repair the damage that has been done. Increasing calories is vital for those recovering. Obviously that is not the ONLY aspect of recovery, but it is the first and most important. You already said you do not know much of anything about ED's, so why offer advice…
