for some reason water seems to help with fluid retention and it is low impac can you go for a swim or take a class just to get moving again? Whn I was pregnant and really swollen every time I swam I seemed to shrink :) and went to the potty alot got rid of lots of fluid.?

fa ew months ago before joining MFP I listened to people and ate more to make up up for calories burned during exercise an dactually starting losing agin around 1400-1600 a day. I also started doing measurements every month and noticed a big difference even if the scale was stuck

I have the same problems I can go weeks with nothing or fluctuate upa nd down then suddelny a loss it's weird din't get discouraged, you could be putting on some muscle from dedicating working out you should take measurements as well I find I lose inches mroe than scale weight which is great I am down a size in tha last 3…

I tryed shakology from beach body did not like it just fyi you will be sore just keep going take breaks I can finally make it through warm up without a break it is brutal but big calorie burn!

i d lean the first time for the first 2 months then switched to classic. After the first 30 days I traded cardio X for plyo. I got bored I also threw in the Kempo plus when I got bored it is shorter 45 minutes but much more fast paced and I got an equal burn not as many breaks don't worry about bulking up unless you are…

I would just mix it up keep with 6 days do a week from each pase to get in all the body parts or just start round 2! and do it all over agian :)

that is awsome I cannot do those at all still and pull ups suck I have troub;e with the chair! my chair keeps sliding need to find a way to make it work. Ok back from vacation yesterday starting round 2 in 20 minutes! Back on the horse! Chest and back and Ab ripper today going to feel 2 weeks of margaritas I am sure :)

it's funny I started ordering off the nutrition menu in WA state I was shocked at some of the calories in things such as Boca burgers in a resturant how do they make them over 500 calories it is ridiculous

I would just keep has diet healthy and try to find an activity she likes, karate, swimming, gymnastics, dance, soccer anything to keep her moving an dmotivated. Would your husband bring her ona bike ride? It could be a good Dad and daughter activity :)

deep water aerobics! I know all the old ladies do it but you can get a good workout without your feet hitting the ground, regular lap swimming is great too. My gym has aqua Zumba :)
