They say not to lose more then 1 to 2 pounds per week or 8 to 10 pounds per month. To be safe and let your body adjust to the weightloss I wouldnt try to lose more then that.

I wish I could, today would have been my second week but I ended up blowing out my knee a few days ago and have to wait and let it heal and get a brace now. maybe in a couple weeks I will be back at it.

you look great! I started out at 205 too and want to get to 135! anyway I plan on having more kids so I plan on keeping some of my 'fat' shirts for maternity clothes for when I have more kids lol

Use either MFP app on your phone or the note pad on your phone to track everything you eat and drink or just plain pen and paper. Also pack like a protien bar or two with you to stop cravings.
