fiber one and kashi bars are a great snack. kashi is prolly the healthiest granola bar out there. they use all natural whole grains. natural peanut butter (the kind that has only peanuts and salt as ingredients) is great. dannon light n fit yogurt is amazing! only 60 calories and very yummy and filling. i make smoothies…

that's how it was for me. after a while, i just didnt crave those things anymore. so now if i really want something like that i eat it, then go on. but i dont go crazy and have binge days ( well... most of the time -lol-):happy:

thats how i did it. i set 5-10 lb goals. i started at 168 and my 1st goal was 155. i did that in about 5 weeks. then i went for 150, did that in another 5 weeks. and then i set it for 145, and that took about 3 or 4 weeks. im at 143 now and my final goal is 135, but these last few lbs are taking FOREVER!!!!!!

ok, im sure this question has been asked and answered before but: does drinking diet soda affect your weight loss? i know it causes minor bloating because its carbonated, but i've heard that it actually does something to you rbody to make it want to hold on to stored fat .
