I am a 36DDD (thanks to nursing :/), and I wear Victoria's Secret sports bras in a 38DD. Absolutely amazing! I don't even want to think about how much money I spent trying to find one that was supportive enough.

I limit myself to one diet soda a week, and it's always a large diet sprite with limes, cherries, and strawberries from Sonic! haha

not bad at all! and like some have said, I'd rather eat too much fruit then go for too many unatural sugars...plus I had so much energy at the gym last night! haha

i actually use stevia in my coffee instead of any other artificial sweetener. its a 0 calorie natural sweetener. it took me about 3 mornings to get use to it, as it has a bit of an aftertaste. but its the only sugar substitute thats 100% natural and able to be digested by our bodies, unlike splenda, sweet n low, etc.

is Jillian's dvd hard to understand?...most workout dvds i give up on because they are so darn complicated

Kashi with protein and fiber...its sooo yummy and it has 10 or 12 grams of protein and like 6 grams of fiber (maybe more i cant remember)

one of my favorite's is Oikos greek yogurt with some Bear Naked protein plus granola...and a piece of fruit or something :)

haha thats what my boyfriend tells me all the time. "sweetie do these jeans make my hips look bigger?" "no but they make your butt look amazing." lol...i get caught up with wanting to be tiny, but knowing how much my love loves my body makes me feel 110% better about myself.

ok so its sounding like i really need to amp up my cardio...i already do alot of strength training, and my lower half is actually quite muscular...it's just that i cant seem to get off what's covering those muscles up!!! lol

thanks everyone! ..and i usually do 10 min. of cardio, then do strength training (arms, abs, legs) , then finish up with 20 more min. of cardio
