I eat 2000. That's about 1700 for me and 300 because I'm breastfeeding. I run a few days a week and do various circuit training things almost every day.

1/2 cup of homemade granola with 1/2 cup soy milk and a smoothie (1/2 an avocado, 1/2 a banana, and a cup of soy milk).

Mine's open. I track most of my stuff. Mine isn't the best one to copy though because I have multiple food allergies. Also, some of my entries aren't in English.

I'm a SAHM, too! Well, I consider myself SAH, but I teach ESL a few hours/week (it's my escape, haha). I have a 4 year old girl and my boy is going to be 1 on the 27th :) I gained all my weight in college... I can't even blame it on the pregnancies. I have about 15-20 lbs to go, but I'm to the point where I'm more…

Does protein powder have a lot of calories in it? I'm sure I could find some soy protein powder, but if it's just increasing my protein without also increasing my calories, it won't help much. Avocado is also something I really need to try to incorporate more into my diet. Lots of calories and fats. Again, I really…

Thank you all for your advice. There were some things I hadn't thought of like seeds and "oily fish", so I really appreciate it! I think I'm going to give up on tracking my macros though as it's making me crazy. I can't replace carbs with protein when so many protein sources are off limits due to food allergies. I tried…

Those donuts look AMAZING! I don't think there are foods that make me feel disgusting. Large quantities make me a little irritated with myself, but I still don't beat myself up over it. The other day I wanted to make cookies. I made the dough at night, and decided I didn't want to bake them... I'd do it the next day. The…

Yeah, 1700-1800 sounds about right. It's different from the MFP because MFP adds in your exercise calories later and TDEE already includes them. And most things say 40% carbs, 30% fat, 30% protein. Or 45%/25%/30%. Somewhere in there is where you want to be. Good luck!

When the ketchup bottle is empty, my dad adds some water to get the last bits out. Makes me want to vomit. I'd obviously just skip the ketchup! And I was surprised by a lot of things when I moved to Brazil. Hotdogs with mashed potatoes; cheeseburgers with beef, ham, egg, mayo, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, cheese, and chips;…

Yeah, my husband is pretty skinny (not ridiculously so, but he doesn't have much muscle). I obviously DO prefer muscle, but I'm super attracted to my husband too. As long as a guy is bigger than me and can lift a reasonable amount of weight (like move furniture and whatnot), it doesn't matter too much.

I just talked to my husband last night about this. As I was lying in a sweaty heap on the floor after some circuit training, I asked him, "When people say they 'love' exercising... they don't mean it, right?" He assured me they don't... they like the results and how they feel afterwards. I do legitimately enjoy running…

I know the feeling of having absolutely no time. I have 2 small children and we live in a 500 sq ft apartment, so I can't even take advantage of nap time. I try to do mine in the mornings because if I wait until my kids are in bed, I'm often too exhausted to do it. My kids are up at 6:00 and my husband doesn't go to work…

I thought the same thing when I saw that! I'm about 25% too, but definitely look closer to the 35%.

I'm on level 2 day 10... thank God. I hate level 2 so much :( It's been really difficult to push through it. I'll get ready to do it and at the last minute decide to go run instead because it's easier.

I absolutely hate mine. They were fabulous and proportional... then I had kids. Two pregnancies and 27 months (and counting) of breastfeeding later and they're really sad. They're not SUPER deflated, but they're also still full of milk. I'm scared to see what the end result will be. I definitely have thought about a…

Jillian definitely doesn't have a very defined waist, but I've heard her say somewhere that the first place she puts on weight/last place it comes off for her is her thighs/butt. Mine said hourglass, which is fabulous if I could find it! From my waist up, I look great (and I have a nice sized waist). From my hips down, I…

Pie. All kinds. And donuts. And cookies. And cake. And cookie cake. Pretty much anything made in a bakery. But aside from the calories, I can't eat them because my son has food allergies. It's much easier to avoid them for him than for myself. But you have no idea how quickly I could take out an entire pie right now. It's…

Maybe that's my problem! I can never get to my fat goal either. I can't eat dairy, eggs, or peanuts/tree nuts, so that really makes my life difficult. I can't even think of good sources of fat that aren't dairy or nut related (except oil and meat). Off to google... :)

My husband told me the other day that I'm lucky because I lose weight easily. This from the man who has always had the metabolism to eat whatever he wanted and not gain ANYTHING to the woman who has been overweight since childhood. Now that he's getting old, his metabolism is catching up to him and he said it's better that…

I'd don't have any idea, but I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss :( kellymom.com says breastfeeding mothers need 300-500 extra calories depending on how often they nurse (exclusively, part-time, etc). I add 300 calories to my day even though my baby is still like 95% breastfed to underestimate. I would…

I don't know if mine is open or closed. I know it's at least open to friends. I also don't care if people know that I've taken out almost an entire bag of Doritos today. I like to see people's diaries because I like to get ideas. I'm having a really hard time balancing my macros and hitting my calorie goal (I know... the…

Well, this made me super thankful for all that I have! I want my son's food allergies/ezcema to magically go away. It makes us all miserable... the poor little guy :( The itchiness wakes him up about every 45 minutes all night and has for the past 7 months. On the other hand, if food allergies/ezcema is my biggest problem,…

I'm not a man, but if I were to say, "I want a man who takes care of his body", I would mean someone who is at least moderately interested in what they eat, isn't sedentary, is concerned about personal hygiene, and dresses reasonably well (ie - doesn't wear pj's and sweats all the time). Someone who cares about making…
