I work out in the mornings, between breakfast and lunch and I usually pack a Larabar (between 100-200 calories depending on the size bar you get) in my gym bag to eat when I'm done. It holds me over until I can get home and fix lunch.

Yes I started at 1200 cals/day but I am up to 1310 cals/day now. My weight loss has been pretty consistent. I have lost an average of 1.75 lbs a week.

I make smart food choices, cutting out almost all junk food and empty calories. I exercise for an hour, six days a week, and I use MFP to it's full potential!

I agree. Danskin at Walmart is what I started with. The sizes go big and they are comfortable and have lasted me a long time.
