I'm on 1200 a day too (I'm 5', and that won't even get me to losing 1lb a week without exercise). There are definitely certain foods that fill me up for not too many calories. Eggs are a good choice. For the Canadians who have ordered this, did you get charged any crazy brokerage fees? I know UPS does this, but I've never had anything shipped by Fedex.

I brine my chicken breasts for a half hour or so. Just put some tap water in a large bowl, sprinkle a little salt, and dump the chicken breast in there. I usually forget to defrost ahead of time, so I put it in warm water so it defrosts at the same time.

They're made from the konjac plant, and I believe they're basically all fiber, which is why they have no calories.

I don't eat any veggies or fish either (although I do eat fruit), never have. I hate the texture, the smell, the taste, everything, so I understand! Have you tried cauli-pizza? Just make sure to mix in lots of oregano and basil into the crust itself, and you won't taste the veg at all! Make sure you take a multi-vit too.

I'm 5.0' and eating 1200. But that's only enough to lose 0.8lbs per week. I though MFP will always recommend a minimum of 1200, so that's weird. No, I don't think 950 is healthy.

I'm in! I'm on day 3 today. After day 1 I was so sore, but today I feel great! I already feel stronger, and I noticed even on day 2 that I was doing better than day 1. Can't wait to see the results on day 30.

Thanks for the explanation kapeluza; it was an interesting read, and it's probably the best explanation I've heard of why you need to eat your exercise calories back.

I only log things outside my daily activities. If I'm doing a serious cleaning, like going through old boxes or spring cleaning or unusual things like that, I'll log it. I think it also depends on what lifestyle you set too. I put mine as sedentary because I have a desk job, so if I spend 2 hours cleaning, that's way more…

I started yesterday, so it's day 2 for me today. I'm really sore, but looking forward to it when I get home today. I'm glad to hear it gets better after 3 days...Jillian really kicked my *kitten* yesterday.

I will admit to being vain. My goal is purely appearance. But I agree with ukhennin in that when tracking my progress, I'm tracking numbers, which may not exactly correspond to how I look.
