  • This will probably be controversial, but berberine has been doing wonders for me. I still get hungry, but not that deep stomach pain, I MUST eat kind of hunger.
  • I slice mine in half so it's thin, cover with a tablespoon of sandwich spread and sprinkle with garlic salt (sometimes I add a little parmesan too).   • I'm really a numbers person that loves looking at data, so I bought a fitbit and a bathroom scale that logs wirelessly (because I'm also lazy). I find both to be very motivational.
  • Are you logging your exercise in mfp? Like, an actual activity log? If so, any fitbit adjustment will be only for times outside of the time period you logged your exercise for. The extra calories you burned during exercise are already accounted for in the entry you logged.
  • I like it. I didn't at first, but I paid for a set of 12 classes so I kept going. Once you get used to it and learn the moves (for me, it was the 3rd class), it's a lot of fun. I don't think it's that good a calorie burn, but it made me more fit.

  • I have been using the same Withing scale. I really like it. As trivial as it is, it's nice that it automatically syncs my weight with mfp. It also doesn't have a memory, in the sense that if your weight changes a little, it won't just show the same weight as last time (I've had scales like that and they drive me nuts).…
