I'd love to join! I'm at 140 lbs right now. Would love to be at 130 by July 4th. I'm only 5ft tall, so that 10lbs will have a huge visual impact.

I also have the One. I eat back all my calories, and I've always lost at if not more than what my goal was based on the calorie deficit I set. I'd change that if I wasn't actually losing at the pace I wanted though.

Thanks for all your responses so far. I'm doing Zumba. It's a Timex with a chest strap...not sure the model number (I actually didn't buy it, I won it at work). I don't know my min or max heart rate...or where I would access a power meter equipped device? (I don't go to a gym or anything) I'll Google for some standard…

Yeah, I'm another (except for potatoes...I could live on potatoes). Can't help you with recipes...I just make my meals without veges.

Don't know why, but I've been eating cheong fun (Chinese rice rolls) with homemade sauce for breakfast and I'm often so full I don't even want to eat lunch. Only 240 calories.

Yes. Losing just 5 pounds makes a huge difference in how I look.

Just had this for lunch, and I'm so full. With toppings, it was only 310 for the size I made. I've found you can do the initial bake of the crust on the weekend, and just add the toppings and pop it in the toaster oven for 10 min before lunch. That way I can take it to work.

It depends on your goals. Personally, I have not made any attempt to eat more natural or less processed, because it's not something I believe in and personally, I think you can be healthy while eating some processed foods. Also, eating healthy and trying to lose weight are not necessarily the same thing, and not everyone…
