Thank you, both of you. I'm definitely not food. It just that due to my gene, I have to watch and instead of a diet, have a healthy lifestyle choice (measuring my calories, exercising, etc.) to stay at a healthy weight :):flowerforyou:

Try eating a small bowl of oatmeal or boiled eggs (take out the yolk and put cheese then warm it up for about 2-3 seconds (my brother likes it :D) Granola bars are a good snack. For shakes, I bet that cookies and cream ice cream shake would be good even though it's horrible calorie wise... :)
