Burning 3500 calories in two 1/2 days???
I know 3500 calories is a pound. So if my BMR is 1081 and I eat 1000 calories a day and burn 1400 calories a day (I do the automatic stair-stepper for one hour every day), then can I lose 4lbs or more in the next 2 1//2 weeks? :noway: AHHH this is hard to understand. Okay so that would mean I lose 1lb in 2 1/2 days?

Havin' a Lazy Day.....
Gosh! I feel like a clam. I've munched all throughout the day and not exercised a minute. What can I do to burn the calories? I have a treadmill and at our apt. gym we have some weight machines, a stair stepper, and an elliptical and a treadmill, we also have a big pool. What should I do? Thank you! :yawn:

Oh my gosh! I woke up at twelve and ate a taquito with eggs cheese and a hashbrown inside. Then about an hour later I ate a poptart and just now I'm eating Tuna Helper Tetrazzini! I thought it was like 3pm! WOW. I'm scared for my metabolism :DD:flowerforyou:

How many calories should a 12 year old trying to diet consum
I'm twelve and I've been eating 1000 calories a day. Is that enough? How many should I be eating if I want to lose a little weight? My BMR is 1081 and my BMI says I'm at a healthy weight.
