Mine have all happened over this last week....bra band is to loose ....need a new bra....went running and my tight yoga pants were falling off added over a minute to my mile run having to stop and pull them up. And for the first time ever...my huge baggy sweatshirts are just to dam huge and baggy.....even for me!

DENIED! 3 FRIGGING OZ AWAY but yes I am healthier today than I was yesterday...and I know I am doing everything I should be and pretty much everything I can. So I am not discouraged or angry but just very impatient...lol I have been watching ounces fall off the scale for 3 days.....so I know it will get there ..just hope…

two things happened yesterday, one my jeans rite out of the dryer were a little loose in the waist and almost to roomy in my but, hips, and legs....and number two, I ran a mile in 14:38...which for someone who is over weight, a smoker, has runners knee and has COPD that's not too bad :)

Didn't really do anything different...I actually had one higher calorie day but really watched it the rest of the time....I'm really hoping to get under 200 by Friday...that would be awesome

The scale moved...didn't think it was going to...down 2 lbs in 6 days.....2more to go until Onederland . have not been there in a long time. And hopefully I can get over this hump. Shooting for 190 by thanksgiving. It can be done I just have to work for it!

if i cant scan the barcode into MFP i weigh it, i've noticed though that some things I do scan, scan the calorie count different.....such as something on the package says 170 calories per serving but when i scan it it says 160 calories, i always change it in mfp to what the package says just to be safe. I just figure its so much better then the crap you buy in the store and its a good way to get veggies in....because I have a very hard time eating my veggies, not even so much doing it for the weight loss factor...I actually like it......mine is Kale, spinach, cucumber one green apple and celery....I did do it for 2 weeks…

Not starving at all.....I do a lot of walking between 2.5-5 miles every day... Not including work...just for exercise....I will be happy with 3 lbs :)

I am ok if i only hit 30 lbs, but 40 is ideal, I know myself, and if i say 25 or 30 lbs, i wont work as hard as I should and i will only lose 10. My mom was 5 9 and 127 and she was very very thin, but i do believe it all depends on your body type. if you're at 140 work your way down, if your are starting to look/feel to thin......then stop......just dont over do it
