I am the same way, I do not post about weight loss on my FB, but I don't post anything personal on FB, I go on there like you to read articles and chat and what not, however, when I hit my 50# mark....damn straight I am posting it! don't know if I will include pics at all....but I am sharing my 1st big victory!!

I am so sorry for your loss...it is not easy I know. I lost both my parents and my older sister with in 4 years of each other. Not worried about weight gain with eating before bed...I just don't like going to bed after eating...I don't seem to sleep as well...I guess I am most concerned about logging...I know how I get when I work overnights...eating in its self can be a chore...its going to get interesting lol
